Return & Refund Policy

At JSN International LLP, all our products are custom-made and crafted with precision according to customer requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom-made jewelry and watches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• If the product is lost during shipping
• If the product arrives damaged (valid unboxing proof required)
• If the wrong item is delivered

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Custom Orders
All custom orders (including name, logo, design, or special modifications) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible as production begins.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or external factors. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
